Return Policy

No refunds on special orders, custom orders or consigned merchandise. Refunds for unaltered jewelry must be requested within 30 days of purchase and receipt provided. Please note that merchandise traded in will be treated as cash and becomes property of the Goldsmiths. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
